I can’t say enough good things about Otten Bros. Garden Center & Landscaping in Long Lake. Yvonne was absolutely incredible—so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to teach me things, answer all my questions, and help me every step of the way. She was there for me 100%, and her great sense of humor made the entire experience fun. Yvonne is truly an unbelievable employee and exactly the kind of person every business hopes to have representing it. Everyone else I encountered was wonderful, too. The people working at the checkout were friendly, upbeat, professional, and fun to talk with. The entire place has such a welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell the employees genuinely care about their customers. Great people, excellent service, and an all-around fantastic experience. I can’t recommend Otten Bros. highly enough!

I truly enjoy Otten Bros. Garden Center. I've looked before at garden centers for nasturtium with no luck. Voila! They came through for me once more! I thank Jill for all her help when I called and the employees were so helpful and courteous! Thanks for being there Otten Bros!

We've been long time customers of Otten Bros. Yesterday, we went back for more trees and Eric provided the best customer experience to date. He walked us through so many species of various trees & knew how they would love over every season. We purchased all of his recommendations & are are so very happy. Great customer service. I had to share.

I attended the Ladies Night event and it was a success. I left with a beautiful Amaryllis, lollipop Holiday planter decor and organic soil. I love this place for plant holiday decor inspiration. In Spring I get my pansies and prep my Spring planters. Their Summer Hydrangeas are just gorgeous!!! I'm looking forward to visiting Santa here too!! The staff is helpful and attentive. The ambience is greentastic! This place is a seasonal experience all around. Updating review: Just tried their Wreath making class highly recommend rewarding and fun plus I come home with your own personalized creation.

Otten Bros. Garden Center is quite a distance for me, but it has always been worth the drive. It has been my local go-to place for years for hard-to-find and exceptional items. They have a remarkable selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and garden accessories – all at good prices. They have a vast selection and supply of mulches, soils, pavers, and rocks! For example, after looking at three garden centers south of the river, I found that they had the Pea Rock variety that I wanted. This fall I, like many residents, lost eight trees to Ash Borer Disease. The loss was substantial to me, as I’m very much a gardener and landscaper at heart. I bought replacement trees (some B&B) from three places, starting with who is closest to me. I bought River Birch, Northern Red Oak, redbud, maple, and Elm. I really want to give Otten Brothers applause. They drove the furthest, cost the least for delivery, were in the best shape, each tree was tied securely to a wooden flat and did the most to unload each tree where I wanted them. Much less to say, they were friendly, happy people who also gave good planting advice. For at least eight years, I’ve bought rose bushes from them each sp
